Oey Tjeng Sit (1917-1987) was a pharmacist from Amsterdam who was known for displaying his own art as well as the work of other artists in his pharmacy. He frequently used newspapers in his work. (By doing this he wanted extend their short life, tied as they are to daily actuality)
